Are you looking to build hands-on experience across both marketing and sales? At Nedstar, our marketing and commercial teams work closely together, and this role reflects just that. We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive intern to join our sales and marketing team as Business development Representative!

 This is an on-site position based at our office in Amsterdam.
About the role and key responsibilities


What will you be doing:
  • Lead qualification and follow up
Engage with all new marketing-created leads by email or phone, works closely with traders and delivers to traders deals either in offer sent stage (pricing) or closed won stage
  • Outbound prospecting
Research, segment, and reach out to target accounts via email, phone, or linkedin msgs
  • Database reactivation campaigns
 Re-engage inactive / cold leads by phone or email from key product/industry/geo segments
  • HubSpot data quality & automation support
 Maintain clean CRM data, update records, support optimisation of mkt and sales workflows, work with the team on data enrichment projects
  • Marketing support
 Work with the team on ABM campaigns, drip campaigns, and grading/scoring

What we are looking for
  • HBO or university student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field. 
  • This is an on-site opportunity for six months, starting in August or September 2025
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Knowledge of a second language, such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus. 
  • A true NedSTAR: a flexible, adaptable team player with a work-hard/play-hard mindset.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
