Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager/PA to join our brilliant team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The candidate will do this by assisting both our directors, Leadership Team and People Operations efforts, as well as nurturing and enhancing our company culture! This role is available for 32-40 hours per week and will be onsite from our beautiful canal-side Amsterdam office. This is a unique role to support our world-class team and enable our business growth and success The Office Manager/PA will work as a core member of our Amsterdam team, report to the Head of People + Culture, and be responsible for various tasks, projects and initiatives!

As an Office Manager/PA, you will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment  at our beautiful Herengracht 477 office. This role is perfect for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure it runs efficiently.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries for team members.
  • Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers to ensure we have everything we need to operate smoothly.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications, acting as the first point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with People + Culture tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing records, and organizing training sessions.
  • Managing office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
  • Supporting various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team! 
Your profile

What we're looking for

  • You are fluent in English. Dutch is appreciated.
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves! We are a small company in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the work.
  • You are known for your organized and efficient approach to work.
  • You are experienced working in an international environment and know how to support a diverse group of people
